Description

A guide providing information to complete reviews for oil and natural gas projects under the Environmental Assessment Act including: all seismic projects whether on Crown or private land, all drilling flowline/pipeline projects, access routes and production facilities on Crown land and private land, any project with the potential to meet the definition of development under the EA Act. Proposals must include information on the site (route, site selection, legal surveys), potential impacts, reclamation plan, waste management practices, environmental monitoring. The information will be used by Saskatchewan Environment to determine the need for a formal review, and determine any site-specific concerns.
