Description

A guide providing general information for practitioners in considering biodiversity in environmental assessment. The guide suggests useful information sources and legislation, and outlines considerations in the form of questions regarding: areas of high biodviersity, critical habitat, relic ecosystems and fragile ecosystems. The importance of spatial and temporal scales are also outlined, particularly in the case of migratory species.
