Ramsar Toolkit, Third Edition
Description
The 'Ramsar Toolkit' embodies most of the guidelines that have been adopted by the Conference of the Contracting Parties (at COP7 and COP8) to assist wetland managers, national authorities, and others in implementing the Convention's mission and objectives. Formally entitled the Ramsar Handbooks for the Wise Use of Wetlands, the first edition was published in 1999. The second edition, published in 2004 has been expended to 14 volumes:
