Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup

Description

Presented by the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup is an annual event that takes place during the third week of September. Coordinated by the Vancouver Aquarium, volunteers from all regions of the nation will work together on a direct action campaign to collect aquatic debris from river, stream, lake, and ocean shorelines. The event promotes environmental stewardship by engaging citizens in shoreline cleanups throughout Canada.
