Ecological Fiscal Reform and Agricultural Landscapes



The National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy has just released a publication entitled Toward a Canadian Agenda for Ecological Fiscal Reform: First Steps. The First Steps report contains a study that focuses on agricultural landscapes, and examines initiatives that would help farmers across Canada conserve rather than cultivate ecologically sensitive land such as wetlands and riparian areas.
