Chance Foundation System

The Chance Foundation System is a technology for transferring the weight of walkways, buildings or bridges to the underlying soils with minimal disturbance to the surface environment, enabling construction in wetlands and other environmentally sensitive areas. For small projects like wetland walkways, this foundation system can be installed with portable hand-held equipment.
